This preserve seems to be the most intriguing blend that we offer. It is created by blending Bartlett Pears, fresh Vanilla Beans, and sweet Riesling wine. We peel and cut up each pear by hand, you will find small bits of fruit and tiny vanilla bean seeds throughout the preserve.

Enjoy it as a traditional breakfast preserve, but it is also a wonderful addition to a charcuterie board, or as a glaze or sauce over pork or salmon! We cook using simple ingredients to offer you a better food choice to select from, this preserve is also gluten-free and vegan-friendly.

A recipe Idea from one of our wonderful customers;
"I used your Pear preserves when I made pork chops, delicious! I seared the pork chops first, then topcoat with a thin coating of honey, and then topped it off with your Pear preserve. They were delicious!"
